Job Description

Our client is looking for a Fluently Bilingual enthusiastic and motivated individual with a poised and professional demeanor who is eager to learn and grow alongside a stand-out corporate team.

As the receptionist/admin assistant - you will support the fast-moving operations of our high-energy, collaborative office.

You will act as the first point of contact to clients, vendors, and guests as well as serve as a trusted resource and hub of information for internal staff and management.

Your proactive, “can do” attitude; keen sense of organization; and warm and engaging communication skills will be key to your success.


Appropriately field and direct incoming phone calls
Organize and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence
Greet and welcome all visitors and guests
Maintain communal office spaces and front reception area
Track and order office supplies
Take on administrative projects on an as needed basis


At least 3+ years of front office experience preferred
Warm and professional written and verbal communication abilities in both French & English
Expert time management and multitasking skills; ability to manage competing priorities
Friendly and outgoing nature; customer service-oriented approach
Capacity to maintain grace and composure under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office applications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $32,000.00 /year
